Refund and Returns Policy

REFUNDS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

We make only unique products in one copy. We can repair a thing for free if it breaks down during transportation or replace it with a similar one.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you exchange.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To replace your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We take care of the payment for the shipment of the repaired jewellery.
